Shipping policy

Items will ship within 2-5 business days after order is placed and payment is received.

You will receive tracking information via email from our shopify store.

Once the order has arrived in shipping carrier's hands, we lose full control and access to the package itself. Delayed packages are common. Please contact us directly for lost packages and we will try to resolve this issue as much as we can. All shipping comes with $100 worth of insurance.

Our shipping source is also closed on all holidays AND Saturdays- we will ship Monday-Friday. Any order placed on a Friday after 11:00 am is usually shipped the next Monday. 

All orders are made out of natural ingredients that we do try and keep stock of at all times, but our suppliers can sometimes be delayed. Any time we are out of ingredients, or waiting on items to arrive, you will be notified.
